The department was established in the year 2020. The department plays a crucial role in promoting understanding of nutrition science and its practical applications to improve human health and wellbeing. It also helps students explore areas such as human physiology, biochemistry, food science, dietetics, community nutrition, public health nutrition, and nutritional counselling.
